To ask for an update on plans for the provision of CCTV throughout the Tallaght area.

           

REPLY:

Following the successful CCTV Planning Consultation period for all 35 cameras throughout Tallaght, SKS Communications Ltd in conjunction with the OPW is now proceeding to install this system.

13 of the 35 camera poles are now in place and the monitor wall in the CCTV Room in Tallaght is installed.

The completion date is likely to be late August 2008.
