To ask the Manager to arrange the repair of the lamp post, bollards and footpath on Blessington Rd., Tallaght, located outside First Active House, in the interest of public safety?

REPLY:

The lamp post, bollards and footpath at the location identified in the question are in private ownership and are not in the charge of the Council. They were provided in association with the adjoining development. Investigations are underway at present to establish the precise ownership of this area.
