In terms of development levies, how much money would come to South Dublin County Council per unit per housing unit from the Clonburris SDZ/LAP?

REPLY

The rates of development contributions assessed on planning permissions granted from         1^st January 2008 are as follows:

1 Bedroom residential unit              = €5,976 per unit

2 Bedroom plus residential unit       = €11,952 per unit

The rates of contributions are updated effective from 1^st January each year during the life of the Development Contribution Scheme in accordance with the Tender Price Index.
