QUESTION: Councillor J. Neville

To ask the Manager to confirm who is the legal owner of the piece of land between the fenced grounds of Tallaght Community School and St. Joseph's School (opposite St. Aengus Community Centre)?

REPLY:

The lands in question are not in the ownership of South Dublin County Council.  The ownership of these lands may be ascertained in the Land Registry, Setanta Centre, Nassau Street, Dublin 2.
