" To ask the Manager to have arranged a major cleanup of the "Black Path" in Kingswood Heights, which is littered with broken glass, debris etc.?."

The footpath known as the black path at Kingswood Heights will have the glass removed as soon as possible and the path will be swept as the need arises.
