That the Manager produce the most current list of Vacant houses for discussion by this committee, to indicate reasons for the inconsistency in the provision of this data to date and to give a commitment that this information will be readily and consistently available to councillors going forward.

REPORT:

The Vacant Dwelling list is published on a monthly basis, this is available to Councillors on the Membersnet in the first week of each month. Due to human error this list was omitted from the Membersnet until the matter was identified and rectified in February last.
