MOTION: Councillor M. Ardagh

"That the Manager give a report on the proposed extinguishment of the Public Right of Way at rear of 34 St. Peter's Drive, Greenhills."

REPORT:

It was agreed at the last Terenure/Rathfarnham Area Committee Meeting on 4^th December, 2008, that the Development Department discuss the extinguishment of that portion of the laneway immediately to the rear of 34 St. Peter’s Drive with the applicant and present a further report to a future meeting of this Committee.

Subsequently the resident contacted this office stating that due to ill health they would defer making a decision until the New Year.  No further contact has been made to date.
