Proposed extinguishment of public right of way over existing pathway along side of 1, Raheen Drive, Tallaght, Dublin 24. Map Ref. RE 0703.

An application has been received from Development Department and the residents of 1, Raheen Drive and Raheen Court to formally extinguish the public right-of-way over existing pathway along side of 1 Raheen Drive due to anti-social behaviour.

If the Committee agree the procedure to extinguish the public right-of-way as listed above will be initiated.
