QUESTION: Councillor J. Neville

" To ask the Manager to have arranged for the green area, adjacent to Bancroft Park to be reinstated to its original condition following a drainage work done at a nearby development?."

REPLY:

The Parks Department has been in contact with the developer responsible for service installations in the area of public open space at Bancroft Park.  The developer has engaged a landscape contractor to carry out the reinstatement works as soon as weather conditions are favourable.  The works will be carried out under the supervision and to the satisfaction of the Parks Department.
