QUESTION: Councillor T. McDermott

"To ask the Manager the reasons for the delay in commissioning the new developments at Former Eircom Training Centre, Wainsfort Road, Terenure and its impact on delivering the 51 Part V units of sheltered accommodation?"

REPLY:

This development is proceeding as agreed with the developer, Ballymore Properties.

Construction is due to commence in early 2008 with an 18 month construction period.

The estimated completion date is the end of July 2009.
