MOTION: Councillor T. McDermott

"That this meeting discuss the request by County Dublin VEC to move the fence adjoining Greenhills College."

REPORT:

The request from County Dublin VEC has been referred to the Council's Parks Department to agree a revised boundary line between the public park and the school, if appropriate. On receipt of the recommendation from Parks Department and in the event of any lands to be transferred into the School property, terms will be issued to the County Dublin VEC. If the terms are accepted, a report on the matter will be presented to a future meeting of the Council for consideration by the members.
