" To ask the Manager for report on the number of housing units purchased by this Local Authority in the greater Tallaght Village/Tallaght Town area in the last six months?."

REPLY:

Between 1st September 2007 and 29th February 2008 South Dublin has purchased a total of 14 units which comprise the following:

• six 2 bed apartments
• one 2 bed semi detached bungalow
• three 3 bed end of terrace houses
• four 3 bed mid terrace
