To ask the Manager to prepare a report profiling the transfer list tenants in Tallaght indicating the numbers, family profile, location and reasons given by tenants for wanting to transfer?
REPLY:
There are 412 applicants resident the Tallaght Housing area pursuing transfers to alterantive accommodation throughout the County. Of the 4l2 applicants, 82 applications are being pursued on medical grounds, l85 on grounds of over-crowding of downsizing and l45 on grounds of anti-social behaviour. The following table summarises the family profile and location to which transfer is sought (location is based on first preference):-

South Dublin County Council continues to actively promote its Mutual Transfer Register to facilitate transfer applicants inidentifying alternative accommodation more suitable to their housing needs, in their preferred housing location, throughout the County.
