The following report was presented to the Members at the Organisation, Procedure and Finance Committee Meeting held on 24th January 2008:
“Section 142 (5) of Local Government Act 2001 provides for the authorisation of Members’ attendance at conferences both home and abroad. Listed below are conferences which have been notified to us to date up to and including the first week of April 2008. Members who have expressed an interest in attending these conferences are also listed.
