QUESTION: Councillor E. Maloney

To ask the Manager to arrange that re-surfacing work be arranged on the pathway at Old Bawn Road, on the section from the postbox, near the Creche, up towards the two cottages, at the entrance to Maelruans Park.

REPLY:

Further to the recently completed footpath survey a Programme of footpath repairs is currently been compiled.  Any repairs required are prioritised on a needs basis depending on funding available and comparison against other pressing priorities.  The Programme will be presented to the Area Committee meetings shortly. The footpath in question will be considered as part of the list.
