QUESTION: Councillor E. Maloney

To ask the Manager to state as to who is responsible for the three openings/cuttings on the Greenhills Road, Tallaght, on the section from Main St., to the traffic lights  at the entrance to Bancroft Estate. Will he arrange to have those responsible re-surface the road to its original condition.

REPLY:

The cuttings were carried out by O'Connor Properties as part of an adjacent development. The Area Engineer has recently been in contact with the developer in relation to the permanent reinstatement of the road. The work will be carried out shortly.
