The problems surrounding the new sound barrier wall constructed as part of the Outer Ring road project in the vicinity of the Kilmartin Estate

REPLY:

Following the construction of the Outer Ring Road a request was received by the Council's Housing Department that the surplus land between the road and Kilmartin Estate may be taken into the gardens of residents. In this regard, the Council's Development Department has initiated the process of the proposed land disposals.
