"To ask the Manager to provide a landscape plan for the green route including anticipated project completion time?"

REPLY:

The Parks Department is currently preparing a landscaping plan for the Green Route.

It is anticipated that road works will be complete by the end of March 2008 and that tree planting will be carried out in the Autumn of 2008.
