MOTION NO. 3

MOTION: Councillor J. Neville

That this Committee discuss the recent Part 8 process for the Greenhills Road,with specific reference to the creation of a cul-de-sac in the vicinity of Concrete Pumping LTD and the suggestion of access (one way) from the new road to the existing Greenhills Road and that a material change occur if deemed nessesary.

REPORT:

It is proposed to examine this issue as requested and to revert to the Members with a detailed report. This scheme is currently at CPO stage with an oral hearing scheduled for January 2008.
