REPORT ON PUBLIC CONSULTATION PROCEDURE UNDER PART 8 OF THE PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT ACT, 2000 AND THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS 2001 – UPGRADING OF CAR PARK AT ST. JOHN’S ROAD ENTRANCE, CORKAGH PARK, CLONDALKIN, D. 22
The following report was considered at the Lucan- Clondalkin Area Committee (2) held on the 27th November, 2007.
“The Statutory Part 8 Consultation Process in relation to the proposed upgrading of the car-park at the St. Johns Road Entrance to Corkagh Park is now complete and no submissions were received during the statutory consultation period in respect of the proposed development.
The proposed works are consistent with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area and it is recommended therefore that the development works as proposed be proceeded with and will be presented to a future meeting of the County Council”.
Following consideration of the report it was recommended by the Area Committee that the scheme as advertised be implemented.
It is now proposed to proceed with the upgrading of the car park.
