"That the Manager give a full detailed Report as to when the proposed improvement works will be carried out on the frontage of No.2 to 16 Hillsbrook Avenue as requested by me some years ago and which approval was granted and to state if the Residents have been contacted."

REPORT:

A proposal has been drawn up which involves the construction of an access road in front of the houses in question. A copy of the plans has been circulated to the residents for their comments. Some comments have been received from individual residents which have requested changes to the scheme, some of which are not practical. However, the scheme is currently being reviewed. A meeting will be arranged with the residents to progress the scheme.
