Statutory Notice has been given in the public press of the Councils intention to consider the making of a declaration that the roads in the following estate,

Barton Drive Shopping Centre Car Park

as set out in the Schedule attached, be public roads.

No objections were received.

It is recommended that the roads be declared to be public roads.

The recommendation of the Committee will be brought before the Council at its next meeting.
