At a briefing of the Tallaght & Lucan / Clondalkin Area Committees on Thursday 8th November 2007 on the Liffey Valley Draft Local Area Plan it was recommended that the Economic Development & Planning SPC meeting scheduled for 21st November 2007 be replaced with a briefing of the members of the council on that plan and on the the Draft Clonburris SDZ Planning Scheme and Local Area Plan.

It was also suggested that the meeting scheduled for 3.30pm - 5.30 pm on 12th December 2007 might not be of sufficient duration to enable the proceedings to be completed. Accordingly it is recommended that the meeting of 12th December 2007 be extended until 7.30 (with an appropriate break) and in this connection Standing Orders necessitates a resolution of the members to extend the hour of that meeting until 7.30 pm
