The attached report was considered at the Terenure/Rathfarnham Area Committee Meeting (1) on Tuesday 2^nd October 2007 and the Tallaght Area Committee Meeting (2) on Monday 22^nd October 2007.

Following consideration of the report it was recommended by the Committees that the scheme as advertised be implemented.

It is now proposed to proceed with the scheme as advertised.
