MOTION: Councillor M. Ardagh

"That the Manager give an update on the progress being made in relation to the Builders Yard at the rear of Muckross Avenue, to state if Legal Advice is now available on what action should be taken in the matter."

REPORT:

Further to previous reports in relation to the yard to the rear of Muckross Avenue, the enforcement file has been referred to Legal Counsel so that legal advice on the most appropriate action to be taken in this matter may be obtained. Counsel’s advice in this matter is awaited.

Monitoring of the yard and activities therein is continuing.
