QUESTION NO.6

QUESTION: Councillor K. Warren

“To ask the Manager if he would install as a matter of urgency railings at the cul de sac wall of *details supplied, as a means of preventing incursions into this area from those intent on involving themselves in anti-social behaviour, and if he would recognise the continuous calls on the part of this community for South Dublin County Council to take action against some elements in the adjoining Estate who persist in causing havoc, and if he will make a statement on the matter?”

REPLY:

Roads Department do not take boundary walls into the charge of the Council. The installation of railings on the walls is a matter for the householders involved.
