QUESTION: Councillor E. Maloney

"To ask the manager when the rebuilding of the footbridge over the N81 between St Dominic's and Tallaght Village with be completed and will he make a statement on the matter?"

REPLY:

The developer has confirmed the following time scale for the completion of the footbridge (these dates are weather dependent):

·Bridge structure complete by Thursday, 25^th October 2007.

·Waterproofing works (dry weather only) to commence from Wednesday, 24^th October 2007.

·Bridge available to be open to the Public from Friday, 2^nd November 2007.

·Removal of temporary bridge to commence from Monday 5^th November 2007.
