In relation to upcoming Lucan/Clondalkin Area Committee (2) Meeting scheduled for 23^rd October (on the current calendar) and Lucan/Clondalkin Area Committee (1) scheduled for 20^th November 2007 on draft calendar above, it appears that there will be a clash with the HSE meetings of the Dublin Mid-Leinster Regional Health Forum.

The following are suggested alternative dates to accommodate those Lucan/Clondalkin Councillors who are also members of the Dublin Mid-Leinster Regional Health Forum:

- Lucan/Clondalkin ACM (2) scheduled for 23/10/07 to take place on Thursday 25/10/07 rather than Wednesday 24/10 as Deputations meeting is scheduled for this date.

- Lucan/Clondalkin ACM (1) scheduled for 20/11/07 to take place on Wednesday 21/11/07 in the Council Chamber prior to the Economic Development SPC meeting.

As there is a recurring clash of meeting dates, discussion is invited on alternative arrangements to overcome this problem in the longer term. A possible solution would be to hold the Lucan/Clondalkin Area Committee (1) Meetings on the 3^rd Wednesday of the month. As a general rule the Dublin Mid-Leinster Regional Health Forum meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every second month.”

In relation to the current Calendar it was AGREED that the Lucan/Clondalkin ACM(2) scheduled for 23/10/07 would now take place on Thursday 25/10/07. The Lucan/Clondalkin ACM (1) scheduled for 20/11/07 on the Draft Calendar above would now take place on Wednesday 21/11/07 in the Council Chamber prior to the Economic Development SPC meeting. A longer term solution to this recurring clash will be discussed at the next meeting of the Organisation, Procedure and Finance Committee in November.

The above Calendar as amended was APPROVED.
