MOTION: Councillor M. Corr

That the Manager urgently undertakes to review all road signage in the Tallaght area to ensure that roadsigns ie spelling, names etc. are accurate and are positioned in a timely fashion as soon as estates are completed and roads have been constructed.

REPORT:

It is a condition of the taking in charge process that all necessary road name signs be provided by the developer before the Council takes the estate in charge.

The Council does not have the resources ro review all road signage in the Tallaght area. However, if specific locations are identified, they will be examined.
