QUESTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"To ask the manager to attend to the following with regard to Cypress Grove south, Templeogue:

Repair of the kerbing opposite houses 19-21

Cleaning up the laneway connecting Cypress Grove Sth and Templeogue Wood

Replace the road surface in Cypress Grove South (Tarmacadam)

Repair the footpaths outside houses 19-23?"

REPLY:

Maintenance depot staff are currently drawing up a maintenance and repair programme for kerbs and footpaths in the Cypress Grove area based on the results of the footpath survey which was recently carried out. Repairs will be prioritised based on the condition.

Maintenance depot staff have been requested to carry out a clean-up of the laneway at Templeogue Wood.

Cypress Grove South has not been included in the 2007 resurfacing programme. However it will be considered for inclusion in the 2008 programme of works.
