QUESTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"To ask the manager to address the need to name roundabouts in South Dublin and specifically in the Terenure Rathfarnham area and to update the Committee on my previous long-standing request for such measures to assist visitors and local residents alike?"

REPLY:

The matter of naming or not naming roundabouts will be included as part of the current review of the Countrywide Signage Strategy.  This review is expected to be completed in early 2008.
