MOTION: Councillor M. Ardagh

"That that Manager set out the progress made to date by the Council's Valuer with the owners of the SLM Builders Yard at the rear of Muckross Avenue."

REPORT:

As previously indicated to members the Valuer has been instructed to commence negotiations with the owners of this site. To date the Valuer has not received a response from the owners. When the Valuers report is received an updated report will be provided to the members.
