QUESTION: Councillor A. White

"To ask the Manager to deal with the continuing problem of the accumulation of litter on the green at Whitechurch and will he give special attention to this issue?"

REPLY:

The green area referred to is maintained by the Council’s Parks Dept.  The Litter Warden for the area has been asked to monitor the area and establish the source of the litter, if this is possible.  The Warden has also been asked to liaise with Parks Dept staff and to organise for this area to be cleaned as necessary.
