MOTION: Councillor S. Laing

"That the Manager give a full detailed Report as to when the proposed improved works will be carried out on the frontage of 2 to 16 Hillsbrook  Avenue as requested by me some years ago and which approval was granted."

REPORT:

A scheme which involves the provision of an access roadway for houses 2 to 16 Hillsbrook Avenue has been prepared. A drawing is attached. The existing footpath will also be rebuilt and each drive way will be dished to allow access. Provision will be made for drainage and services. The existing footpath through the green open space will also be rebuilt and the grassed area repaired adjecent to the path. This work is scheduled for June / July 2007.
