QUESTION: Councillor M. Árdagh

"To ask the Manager to examine the temporary repair work carried out on the access laneway to Beechfield Court, access opposite Roebuck Drive off Whitehall Road West, which was done recently to a very low standard and is consequently more dangerous for the many elderly people and school children who use this laneway daily and to ask the Manager to resurface the laneway to an acceptable standard?"

REPLY:

Repair works were carried out on this laneway earlier this year.  An overlay will be considered as part of the 2008 Road Works Programme.
