"To ask the Manager to repair the broken kerb at (details supplied) which is in poor condition?"

REPLY:

A county wide footpath survey is currently underway.  The kerb in question will be included in this survey. Upon completion the results will be presented to the members for consideration and a schedule of repairs agreed dependant on the gravity of the existing condition.
