MOTION: Councillor E. Maloney

"That this Committee supports the provision of additional "Parking for the disabled" in the Tallaght Village area and seeks the co-operation of the business community locally."

 

REPORT:

The provision of disabled parking spaces in Tallaght Village is based on the following:-

 a) On street public parking -  of the 11 parking spaces provided on Main Street 2 will be disabled spaces

 b) Private developments, such as shopping centres, typically provide one disabled space for each 20 parking spaces provided.
