QUESTION 17
QUESTION: Councillor J. Neville
" To ask the Manager to have arranged the following works done at the Council owned property at details supplied (Details supplied) ,
1. The noisy plumbing system needs to be reviewed and repaired.
2. A new drain at the rear garden which is prone to flooding.?"
REPLY
Following reports of a noisy plumbing system an inspection was arranged as a result of which a ball cock in the attic water tank was replaced . This will reduce the water movement noise that was responsible for the problem.
Arrangements have been made to carry out appropriate drainage works in the back garden and it is intended that these works will be carried out in the near future.
The tenant will be contacted and advised of the proposed start date.
