MOTION: Councillor E. Maloney

 MAYOR'S BUSINESS

That the elected members  of this Council oppose  the Government plan to allow public land on hospital sites, such as Tallaght Hospital, for the building of private hospitals.

REPORT

The use of hospital lands is a matter for the Department of Health. However, should the Motion be passed the terms therein will be passed to the Department for comment. When a reply is recieved the details will be communicated to the members.
