" To ask the Manager to arrange for contact  to be made with the relevant retail units on the Old Belgard Road requesting a cleanup of their sites which in many case are in a dreadful condition?."

The Litter Warden has been requested to visit this area with a view to requesting owners of the sites in question to clean up as appropriate.
