"To ask the Manager to report on what measures have been put in place to address fire-setting, littering, roaming horses, and significant dumping taking place in the vicinity of the new Brookfield Community and Youth Centre - how these issues will be addressed going forward in a sustained way so that the use of this much awaited for facility will not be impacted upon negatively?"

There is occasionally a small litter problem just outside the boundary of the new Brookfield Youth & Community Centre, which the builder cleans up, there is not a serious litter problem within the vicinity of the centre, it is more to do with the halting site opposite.
