"That the Manager carry out whatever remedial work is necessary to rectify the historical problem with flooding at (details supplied)."

 

REPORT:

This area of Limekiln Road is familiar to our Area Inspectors who is unaware of any history of flooding on the road or footpaths at this location. The area was further inspected on February 28th 2007 during a period of particularly heavy rainfall and no flooding was observed. All road gullies in the area were operating normally.
