QUESTION: Councillor J. Neville

"To ask the Manager to have arranged the inspection and repair of the footpath at *details supplied where work recently took place resulting in the creation of a lip at the footpath which is a danger to small children playing on the footpath?"

REPLY:

Repairs to the water pipes at this location necessitated opening the footpath by the Water section who also carried out the subsequent reinstatement works. The complaint is being brought to their attention with a request to effect appropriate repairs.
