Updated report on proposal for infill Social Housing at Deerpark, Tallaght

REPORT

The construction of 119 no. Social units as part of the Councils Joint Venture Partnership at Deerpark is now complete. The units have been handed over and it is anticipated that  on completion of tenancy training the remaining allocations will be finalised by mid - January 2007.

 As agreed at the November Meeting of the Tallaght Area Committee (1) an updated presentation of the proposed infill social housing at Deerpark will be made to this meeting of the committee.
