QUESTION: Councillor J. Neville

" To ask the Manager to have arranged contact made with the residents of details supplied in view of the large scale dumping taken place at this location and in view of the on-going rodent problem at this location could a cleanup of the laneway be arranged as a matter of urgency?"

REPLY

The Estate Officer for the above area has called out to the residents to investigate the matter.  On investigation the laneway was relatively clean but there was some building materials dumped in the middle section of the laneway.  The Council has sought quotations to carry out a once off clean out of this laneway and have reported the on-going rodent problem to the the Health Service Executive.
