Cookstown Cottages

The County Law Agent has been instructed to initiate legal proceedings through the Circuit Court against the land owners in relation to (i) the unauthorised placing of mobile homes/ caravans on the lands, and their use as dwellings, (ii) the setting out of the entire curtilage of the dwelling in hard surface and its use for the parking/ storing of caravans and motor vehicles.

Counsel is being engaged and briefed in this matter, so that the Notice of Motion to the Circuit Court may be drawn up.
