"To ask the Manager to install a litter bin to service the shops between No. 188A and No. 192A Whitehall Road to provide facilities for the clients of the businesses located there to dispose of their litter?"

An inspection will be carried out in the near future at the locations stated in the question to determine suitability for locating litter bins.
