"To ask the Manager to upgrade the public lighting in The Court, Cypress Downs to the same standard as the work carried out on The Drive last year?"

REPLY:

 Public Lighting upgrade will be prioritised, as resources permit. It should be noted that there is a major increase in energy costs with the result that upgrading works will be curtailed.
